We will launch the 2021 discussions on Sunday January 17th with Naushad Godrej, a young Zoroastrian and a holistic health coach based in California.
In this session we will practice techniques to balance the nervous system, give you clarity, and help you relax. You will be guided through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation practices. Naushad will also share more about his holistic lifestyle approach to stress management and wellbeing.
