FEZANA AGM 2025

Registration for the FEZANA AGM 2025 will open SOON!

Important Notes

  1. Only paid-up member associations will be allowed to vote on any matters at the AGM.  The deadline for payment of membership dues is February 1, 2025; please see the separate membership renewal emails that have gone out for details. 
  2. Any member association wishing to put forward any item on the AGM agenda must email details to the FEZANA Secretary by March 15, 2025.
  3. Attendees planning to attend the AGM should kindly email the FEZANA Administrator and Secretary.
  4. Member associations are kindly requested to inform the FEZANA Secretary of the name of the individual authorized to vote on their behalf at the AGM, by March 15, 2025.
  5. As in the previous year, we will NOT provide a paper copy of the AGM book that contains the printed reports and financials for this AGM.  AGM delegates who wish to receive a paper copy of the AGM book are invited to email the FEZANA Secretary for a copy by March 15, 2025, and we will have one printed specifically for you.
  6. FEZANA Committee Chairs are requested to submit their reports to the FEZANA Secretary and copy the FEZANA Administrator latest by March 15, 2025.
    • The format is the same as in previous years (pdf preferred, 5 pages maximum). When possible, please mention your committee’s accomplishments in the past year as they tie in with the FEZANA Second 10-year Strategic plan.  
    • Please keep the length of your presentation to a maximum of 5 minutes and 5 slides.
    • Please plan to submit slides along with your report, so that they may be presented during the AGM as your report is presented.
  7. Member Associations are requested to submit their annual reports to the FEZANA Secretary and copy the FEZANA Administrator latest by March 15, 2025.  Similar to the previous AGM, we request that Associations and Small Groups present their report in a slide format.
    • Please keep the length of your presentation to a maximum of 5 minutes and 5 slides.
    • Showcase your community by including photos, special events, infrastructure/construction projects, and other memorable activities from your association.
    • Include your organization’s name/logo on each of the slides in the bottom right-hand corner for identification.
