Menu and ingredients are as below:

Papayta per edu

1 kg or more potatoes

thinly sliced fried onions

finely chopped green chillies

upto 6 eggs

Kesari Chicken

8 to 12 pieces of chicken  1/1/2 kg with bone but skinless

oil

curry leaves or fresh coriander leaves

 a cupful fried onions

whole green chillies

spice box cardamom turmeric saffron red chillie powder garam masala

about 8 oz 250 gm yogurt fullfat

saffron

Ravo

a can of condensed milk

1 litre whole milk

cupful sugar

cardamom and nutmeg

vanilla 

a couple of tbsps butter

few spoonfuls  semolina
